Ingredients

3 tablespoons coarse salt

3 tablespoons coarse ground black pepper

2 tablespoons granulated garlic

2 tablespoons granulated onion

2 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon mustard seeds

1 tablespoon coriander seeds

1 tablespoon dill seeds

Directions

Mix everything and partially grind in a food processor

Notes

Option: Add extra spices/herbs like thyme, rosemary, etc. to taste
